These Terms govern your use of JobPicky at jobpicky.com and beta.jobpicky.com (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
JobPicky provides AI-assisted job discovery and matching. We score live job listings against your profile and show recommendations with fit scores and explanations. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, or application outcomes.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- One person per account unless we agree otherwise in writing.
3. Credits and payments
- Matching runs consume credits purchased as one-time packs (pay-as-you-go).
- Prices are shown before payment in INR. Payment is processed by our payment gateway partner.
- Credits are digital goods delivered to your account after successful payment. See our Refund Policy.
- We may change pack sizes or prices with notice; existing purchased credits remain usable unless otherwise stated.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Abuse, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service.
- Share account access or resell credits without permission.
- Upload unlawful, misleading, or third-party content you lack rights to use.
- Overload or disrupt our systems.
5. AI limitations
Recommendations are generated by automated systems and may be incomplete or imperfect. You should review each job before applying. Job listings originate from third-party employer sites; we do not control employer hiring decisions.
6. Intellectual property
JobPicky’s brand, software, and design are ours or our licensors’. You retain ownership of content you submit (CV, messages, etc.) and grant us a licence to process it to provide the Service.
7. Beta
Parts of the Service may be labelled beta or early access. Features may change, break, or be withdrawn. We appreciate feedback during this phase.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobPicky is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost income or opportunities arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Unused credits are handled per our Refund Policy.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Kerala, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
