Refund & Cancellation Policy

JobPicky sells digital credits for AI job-matching runs. This policy explains refunds and cancellations for credit pack purchases.
1. Digital delivery
After successful payment, credits are added to your account automatically. This constitutes delivery of the digital product.
2. General rule — no refunds after delivery or use
Credit packs are digital goods delivered instantly to your account. All sales are generally final. We do not offer refunds for:
- Credits already used (fully or partly).
- Change of mind after payment.
- Dissatisfaction with individual job recommendations (matching is probabilistic; results vary by profile and market).
3. Refunds at our discretion
Refunds are not guaranteed and are granted only at our sole discretion, except where required by applicable law. We may consider a refund or account credit only in clear cases such as:
- Technical failure: a paid match run failed due to a system error and no usable results were delivered.
- Duplicate charge: you were charged twice for the same order.
- Unauthorized payment: reported promptly with evidence.
Unused credits within a short period of purchase are not automatically refundable — contact us and we will review case by case.
4. Payment processing fees
Payment gateways may charge non-refundable processing fees on transactions. If we approve a refund, the amount returned may exclude any processing fees we cannot recover from the gateway. On UPI this is often negligible; on card payments a small fee may apply.
5. How to request a refund
Email jobpicky@gmail.com with:
- Account email
- Payment date and amount
- Order / transaction reference (from payment receipt)
- Reason for the request
We aim to respond within 12 hours. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible, subject to payment-gateway timelines (typically 5–10 business days).
6. Cancellations
Credit pack purchases are one-time and cannot be cancelled once payment succeeds and credits are delivered. You may stop using the Service at any time; unused credits remain in your account until used or expired (if we introduce expiry, we will notify you in advance).
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
